A bonus denominated in bitcoin
Caps quoted in BTC are the clearest case of the moving-value problem. Up to 5 BTC is a very different offer at different prices, and the terms are written in the asset rather than in dollars, so the obligation moves with it.

The headline and the price are two different numbers. A hundred per cent at forty times costs four thousand of turnover for every hundred deposited; six hundred per cent at the same multiple costs almost six times more.
Pricing one anyway
The multiple does not care about the denomination. Forty times a bonus is forty times that bonus in whatever unit it was credited, so the turnover figure works exactly as it does elsewhere — it is only the dollar value of the result that moves.
