How an exclusion is usually worded
Rarely as a list of game names. More often as a category — progressive jackpots, live dealer titles, table games, or anything published by a named studio — plus a line reserving the right to add to the list. That wording matters: a category can quietly cover a game you think of as a slot, and a new release can join the list after you accepted the offer.
The practical consequence is that the safe set is smaller than the weighting table suggests. If the terms say slots count in full but exclude jackpot slots and anything with a bonus-buy feature, then the set of games that genuinely clear the requirement is the ordinary slot floor minus its most popular titles.
Why bonus buys are almost always excluded
A feature purchase converts a fixed stake into an immediate high-variance outcome, which is precisely the shape of play a wagering requirement is designed to prevent.
